Venue - Villa Via Hotel, Gordons Bay
The Villa Via is approximately 40 minutes from the Cape Town city centre
and 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the Helderberg, boasting its own
unique Winelands, and close to the prestigious Vergelegen and Lourensford wine
estates. The famous Stellenbosch Wine Route is 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard, Visa) are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
Parking
Parking is available on the premises of the hotel.
Transfers to the Villa Via Hotel
Arrangements and payment for transfers are the delegate's own responsibility.
Transfers to the Villa Via Hotel can be organized directly with the hotel. Please
contact the reservations manager, Barbara Rose-Thomas on tel 021 856 8200. Transfers
from Cape Town International airport to Villa Via Hotel, Gordons Bay is available at
R 280.00 p.p and R 60.00 for every additional person (one way). The transfer vehicles
can accommodate up to 7 delegates per transfer.

Directions
- Take the N2 towards Somerset West/Hermanus
- When you enter Somerset West, you will pass the Somerset Mall, Virgin Active Gym and Firlands Farm Stall,
all situated on your right on the N2. Stay on the N2.
- At the Gordon’s Bay/Kleinmond Turn-off, turn right and continue with the road until you reach a T-Junction.
- At the T-junction turn right.
- Continue for about 500m and you will see the sign for Villa Via Hotel, Harbour Island on your left.
- Turn left into Harbour Island, the hotel is on your right.
Language
The official language of the conference will be English. No simultaneous translation
service will be provided.
Admission Nametags
Conference nametags must be worn by all participants at all times during the conference
and on all conference premises. Nametags should also be worn when attending the events of
the social program. Only participants or accompanying persons wearing their conference nametags
will be admitted to the scientific sessions and the social events.

Via Hotel. This function is included in the registration fee of delegates and accompanying persons.

Delegates are cordially invited to the Conference Dinner at Spier Wine Estate.
One of the most famous sites in the Cape Winelands, the Spier estate near
Stellenbosch proudly offers a beautiful setting of an historic 1000-hectare wine
estate. The four-star Spier conference centre overlooks the Helderberg Mountain
range and lies besides the calming waters of the Eerste River. The cost of the
dinner is included for delegates, while accompanying persons can attend at a cost
of R350 per person. Transport will be provided from the Villa Via Hotel.

Monday 30 November and Tuesday 1 December
Sit back and relax for a 1 hr cruise on Dreamcatcher a 45 ft catmaran
while enjoying the spectacular view of the sun slowly vanishing below
the horizon on an African Sunset Cruise.While cruising along the
coastline from Gordons Bay ,along Bikini Beach and up to Steenbras
Point you may encounter whales, dolphins and seals.
