A secure online registration facility is available on the website

The registration fee includes attendance to the conference sessions, programme, abstract book, Opening cocktail function (Sunday evening) and the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening(please indicate your attendance when registering). Completed registration forms will be acknowledged by e-mail or fax. Please remember to fax a copy of the deposit slip in case of payment by direct deposit.

Registration Fees

Cancellation of Registration to the Conference

Any cancellation received by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:

• 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 29 September 2009
• No refund if written cancellation is received after 29 September 2009.

On Site Registration

The number of conference participants is limited. On site registration will therefore only be possible if the number of participants does not exceed the maximum after registration closes. However, we strongly recommend that participants and their accompanying persons take advantage of the convenience of registering online.
